A little about Caroline:

Caroline Simas is an artist at heart designing from her studio in Charlotte, North Carolina’s historic South End. Her licensed brand partners with manufacturers who place her work on a variety of products for the gift and home décor industries. Murals and public art now grace her community; each stroke a testament to the joy of expression. Embracing the role of a creative business coach, Caroline is dedicated to helping artists find their unique voice. Teaching women, both near and far, and helping them uncover their inner artist has become her passion. From domestic retreats to international journeys, Caroline walks alongside kindred spirits on their creative adventures.

Flower Power Watercolor Workshop | 10am-12:30pm | $95

Flower Power Workshop is one of Caroline’s personal favorites to teach, merging her love of flowers and watercolor. This course is also one of her most popular in-person and virtual options she offers. You’ll learn to stamp and press fresh flowers and greenery onto watercolor paper, then embellish with watercolor paints to create at least one 9”x12” original with the option of also using this technique on watercolor note cards. Caroline will also share how to collage a poem and words about blooming into your gorgeous, floral masterpieces.

Awesome Abstracts Workshop | 4-6:30pm | $95

Awesome Abstracts is Caroline's most popular in-person workshop and is a blast to experience with a group of friends! You’ll learn a variety of techniques for creating abstracts using a mix of interesting materials and textures. You’ll leave the workshop having created 6-8 originals and she guarantees a fun experience for all and that you will be blown away by what you create!
