Join KoKo at Scarlet Begonia on their Grand reOpening evening for the 1st HatBar Party of 2025!   Bring a friend or two for the ultimate Girl’s Night Out in Downtown Madison!  Create matching hats or a fashionable masterpiece - come with a vision or let your inspiration guide you!
