Holy Roller

Virginia based southern rockers Holy Roller are your next opportunity to try something different. With influences in folk, americana, country, and soul music from all over the last century, Holy Roller brings a sound that’s as much new as it is a welcome home after too long spent away. Beautiful harmonies that seem to cry out like the rivers they were written for are paired with honest songs of love, loss, home, and heartache. Holy Roller is an absolutely compelling live performance and their recordings are both intimate and exciting, from the homesick, “Oh, Virginia”, to the R&B steamroller, “Muscle Up.” Or, give the two brand new singles “Belly Of Abraham” and “Flat Track Fire” a try! By way of the stage or recording, this is a group that wants to take you back to the front porch they grew up on. Holy Roller is a drinking buddy and an arm around your shoulder.

Jordan Wilson Coalition

Born in Cincinnati, OH., raised in Carrollton, KY., Jordan Wilson flaunts versatility in both original and cover material, and with his music you find an uncharted balance between nostalgic rhythms and inventive songs from his mind’s eye. Jordan taught himself how to start playing guitar at the age of 14. He spent his formative years playing in his room by himself, at church and the occasional talent show. Ultimately he was discovered by veteran musicians near his home town at a church talent showcase that were willing to take a chance on the talented albeit band-inexperienced kid. Fast forward almost 10 years from when he first picked up a guitar and relocated to Northern Kentucky after attending Northern KY. University (majoring in business), Jordan found himself as a fixture with Cincinnati artists Joseph Nevels (formerly JSPH), vocal powerhouse Lauren Eylise, 2018 Cincinnati Entertainment Award for Best New Band winner KNOTTS, AND the front man of his own band, the Jordan Wilson Coalition. Jordan’s original melodies are peppered with feel-good, ripping guitar licks and tight drums. His songs are toe-tapping, head-bobbing, soulful ditties. The Jordan Wilson Coalition, a full band of musical virtuosos, have been together for 7 years not only put a creative spin on the classic jams they cover in the genres of Blues, Alt-Rock, R&B, Soul, and Funk, but also bring to life original compositions that are a gumbo of those aforementioned styles.

Jordan's unique style has also led to performances on the same bills with the likes of Patti Labelle, Erykah Badu, Thundercat, Lucius, Ratboys, Diane Coffee, Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, JD Shelburne, J. Holiday, Lloyd, Pretty Ricky, Talib Kweli, Yassin Bey (formerly Mos Def), Corey Glover (Living Color), Bob Lanzetti (Snarky Puppy), Indiana Jazz HOF'er Bill Lancton, Ronnie Baker Brooks and Eric Gales---with no signs of slowing down.
