Imbolc: A Celebration of New Beginnings
Southern Indiana Folk School, Madison, IN
In the deepest winter, half way between winter solstice and spring equinox, the Southern Indiana Folk School invites you to a twofold celebration. We welcome the return of the sun with thanks and hope for the new year and we honor the early Jefferson County Celtic settlers who helped build our county.
Join us at this free event (donations accepted of course) where we will partake of sweet treats, create a papier maché Sun Lantern, and a St. Brigid’s Cross from wheat straw.
Please register by January 22nd. Limited spots available!
